Refund policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, we accept returns within 14 days of receipt. The product must be sealed, unused, unopened and in its original condition. The customer covers return shipping costs unless the item is defective.

Please contact us at support@talgacosmetics.no before returning an item — returns without prior written contact will not be accepted. Refunds are processed within 7 business days of receiving the returned item. No returns on sale items or personalised products.

Uncollected Packages

If a package is not collected and is returned to us, without the customer having exercised their right of withdrawal in accordance with the applicable procedure, Talga Cosmetics may require reimbursement of the actual costs associated with shipping and returning the package. Any remaining amount will be refunded to the customer once the returned package has been received.
