Yes! Our products are formulated with natural ingredients that are gentle on the skin. They are perfect for sensitive skin and can help soothe and hydrate without irritation. We recommend choosing our products without essential oils. If you know you are sensitive to a specific ingredient, get in touch and we'll be happy to help.

We recommend storing our products in a dry place away from direct sunlight. Our products do best at a stable room temperature — no need to refrigerate. Rapid temperature changes may affect the consistency. Keep lids tightly closed and use clean fingers or the spatula included to scoop product from the jar.

Orders are usually dispatched within 1–3 business days. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and the shipping option you select at checkout. You will receive a tracking number once your order has been sent.

For hygiene reasons we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on opened products. Returns are only accepted if the product is unopened, sealed and unused. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us at support@talgacosmetics.no within 24 hours with photos of the damage.
