Refund policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, we accept returns within 14 days of receipt. The product must be sealed, unused, unopened and in its original condition. The customer covers return shipping costs unless the item is defective.

Please contact us at post@talgacosmetics.no before returning an item — returns without prior written contact will not be accepted. Refunds are processed within 7 business days of receiving the returned item. No returns on sale items or personalised products.
