Cancellation policy

Subscriptions

When you purchase a subscription, you will receive recurring deliveries based on the duration and frequency you select. Your payment information is stored securely and you will be charged for each delivery, unless you choose to pay in advance. Some subscriptions renew automatically at the end of the period.

You can cancel or modify your subscription at any time. Your order confirmation emails contain a link to your order where you can manage your subscription.

Pre-orders 

When you place a pre-order, you are purchasing a product that is not yet in stock. We may collect full payment or a partial deposit at checkout, store your payment method, and charge the remaining balance at a later date.

You may cancel a partially paid pre-order that has not yet been fulfilled. If the order has already been fulfilled, cancellation is not possible, but you may request a full or partial refund.
